FEES + INSURANCE


I believe that providing comprehensive care to my patients requires a very personalized approach. For this reason, I do not accept insurance or follow medical plans/tips outlined by insurance carriers. This allows me not to be limited providing personalized care or jeopardize the quality of care given.

PAYMENT


Payments for services provided are due at the time of your appointment. I accept checks or credit cards via Stripe. If you would like a receipt for your taxes or for reimbursement from your insurance plan company, please let me know at the time of service.

CANCELLATION POLICY


If you cancel within less than 24 hours, you will be charged for 50% of your visit for the first time. The second time an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 100% of the visit. Please note: Insurance companies will not reimburse for no show/cancelled appointments.
