My Approach

I provide a non-judgmental, compassionate space for people to feel empowered, safe, and supported.

Pushing ourselves to move through discomfort leads to real growth and a lasting sense of well-being. I take the time to get to know you so I can provide care that supports both short and long-term goals.

I pair an atypical, down-to-earth philosophy with extensive medical and psychotherapy training. I’ll meet you where you’re at and we’ll work to get to where you want to be.

open heart, open mind

Healing takes many forms. I draw from my training in Western medicine as well as a holistic approach for treating the body, mind, and spirit. The human experience is multi-faceted and so should the way we approach improving it.
